Swanson Meadows Event Venue aspires to be a premier event venue providing services for weddings, showers, corporate outings, meetings, community events, bereavement receptions and more.
The Weston Room offers a contemporary space for up to 100 guests. With hardwood floors, large crystal chandeliers, a picture window, and a large bar, your guests will be treated to an elegant event experience. The Weston Room is accompanied by a large outdoor deck that overlooks the luscious greens of the Swanson Meadows Golf Course. The outdoor deck is the perfect setting for a cocktail reception or al fresco dining.

OUTDOOR DECK
Our expansive deck is an excellent location for an outdoor event. Whether you would like to host a cocktail party or al fresca dining, we have you covered.

Capacity: Up to 125 Guests Standing Reception, Up to 80 Guest Seating ar Rounds
Existing Furniture: Gray and White 36"x36" Outdoor Tables with Four White Garden Chairs
Umbrellas: We have a combination of navy and white umbrellas
ADA Ramp: Our Outdoor Deck is fully accessible via an ADA ramp
THE WESTON ROOM
The Weston Room is the main event space. With elegant finishes, four crystal chandeliers, three columns, and a 30' long bar, this space is directly connected to the outdoor deck.

Capacity: Up to 125 Guests Standing Reception, Up to 100 Guest seated at rounds with a Dance Floor

VIP SUITE
We are so excited to break ground on a VIP suite that is slated to be complete September 1, 2020! This is a great additional to our weddings and special events. More details and photos to come!
CEREMONY AND COUPLE PHOTOS
We offer an outdoor ceremony in between a grove of trees right on the fairway. The ceremony package includes up to 100 white garden chairs (as needed). You can then be swept off in our personal golf cart with your photographer to take photos in front of our fountain on the fourth!
Rain Plan: You have options! If you would like to rent a tent for your ceremony to host on the grass, that can be arranged by us for an additional fee. The second option is to host your ceremony in the Weston Room with guests seated at their tables.
